If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the items for a refund within 14 days after receipt.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect condition, exactly as you received them, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

All costs for return shipments must be paid by the customer.
The costs of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is in your responsibility. Therefore we suggest you arranged a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them.
You must notify us of your return by email and if applicable include the tracking information of the shipment.
For returns from outside the European Union, please clearly mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel. This will prevent any customs charges being added. Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
We reserve the right to reject returns, which do not follow our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy are sent back to the original shipping address. We will notify you, if the returned products are not accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense. If you refuse, we reserve the right to keep the products and the amount paid for your purchase will be converted to online shop credit with a 25% deduction.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Every item goes through a detailed quality control check during production and again when they get prepared for shipment.
In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must contact our Customer Service by email within 7 days of receipt. We will then assist you in the return and refund process.
