Products will be shipped to the delivery address that you provide when placing your order.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method selected. They appear in the overview of the total payable amount. Shipping costs depend on the geographical location to which the order is to be delivered.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the order is dispatched. You will then be able to track the shipment from dispatch through to delivery.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by outside circumstances.
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
We insure each purchase during the time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by us.
The customer must examine all goods at the time of delivery and ensure that any damage or shortages are recorded in writing on the carrier's delivery note. Claims must then be made by email to our Customer Service within 72 hours.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For any delivery destinations outside of the European Union, you are responsible for Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.
If for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, two way shipping costs* and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. We will also charge a fixed amount of €50 for packaging, handling and restocking. These amounts will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
*Two way shipping costs are the total costs we have to pay to the transporting company. These costs are in all cases higher than the costs we pass on to our customers.
