These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of products through our website saritekin.com.

SARITEKIN offers products for sale exclusively to end consumers. Consequently we reserves the right not to fulfil orders placed for professional or business purposes.
These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. Revised terms and conditions shall be effective on the date of their publication.
Each time an order is placed, the customer will be asked to confirm that they accept the General Terms and Conditions in effect on that day.
ARTICLE 1 – PRICES & CURRENCY
The prices of our products are quoted in Euro (EUR). They include VAT in France but are excluding shipping coasts and local taxes. All orders must be paid for in Euro (EUR).
For deliveries to all countries outside the European Union the price shown on the invoice sent to the customer will not include VAT or other taxes. Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, local taxes, import duties and government taxes that are not the responsibility of SARITEKIN. If such additional charges are applicable, they must be borne by the customer who shall be solely responsible for filing all necessary documents and making all necessary payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in the country concerned.
SARITEKIN reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. However products shall be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to their availability.
ARTICLE 2 – AVAILABILITY
The offer of products is subject to the availability of stocks.
We will inform the customer if any product ordered is not available in stock. If a product is not available, the order may be cancelled by us. A full refund is processed the same day and we will send a courtesy discount for a next order to the customer.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
The customer may use any of the following payment methods to pay for their order:
Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Apple Pay
All payments made on our website are encrypted and secured by STRIPE.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
Products will be shipped to the delivery address given by the customer when placing their order.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method selected. They appear in the overview of the total payable amount. Shipping costs depend on the geographical location to which the order is to be delivered.
A tracking number will be sent by email to the customer once the order is dispatched. The customer will then be able to track their parcel from dispatch through to delivery.
The customer must examine all goods at the time of delivery and ensure that any damage or shortages are recorded in writing on the carrier's delivery note. Claims must then be made by email to our Customer Service within 72 hours.

ARTICLE 5 – REJECTED PARCEL
If for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, two way shipping costs* and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. We will also charge a fixed amount of €50 for packaging, handling and restocking. These amounts will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
*Two way shipping costs are the total costs we have to pay to the transporting company. These costs are in all cases higher than the costs we pass on to our customers.
ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS
Items must be returned in their original unused condition and packaging. The customer may return items within 14 days after the date on which the order was received. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and return the goods to the following address:

Return postage, packaging and other costs must be paid by the customer.
Any returned items that are used, damaged or incomplete will not be accepted and will be sent back as is to the customer at their expense.
For returns from outside the European Union, please clearly mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel. This will prevent any customs charges being added. Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

ARTICLE 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The contents on our website are protected and reserved worldwide.
The use of this website and its content is permitted for private purposes only. Any other use of the website or its content without prior consent is an infringement of our rights. They may result in legal action under intellectual property legislation and regulations.
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
The products offered for sale comply with current French legislation and regulations. Customers in other countries are responsible for requesting information from their local authorities about importing or using the products ordered.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA
All personal data and information are handled for the purposes of processing orders. It may not under any circumstances be used for any other purpose.
Personal data stored to meet order processing and tracking needs is kept secure.
The customer can express any concerns about the processing of their personal data to us.
ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES
These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed under French law.
Any dispute(s) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Court.
