We offer complimentary delivery on all orders.
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email. This allows the customer to follow their parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
INSURANCE
We insure each purchase during the time in transit until it is delivered to the customer. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
If the customer has designated a third party as recipient, their signature will serve as confirmation of delivery and fulfillment of the order.
The customer must examine all goods at the time of delivery and ensure that any damage or discrepancies are recorded in writing on the carrier's delivery note. Any claims must be submitted by email to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
TAXES AND DUTIES
European Union
Orders delivered within the EU are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.
Outside the European Union
For destinations outside the EU, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required to release the shipment. Any delay in payment of these fees may result in a delayed delivery.
REJECTED PARCEL
If the customer refuses delivery of the parcel for any reason, the round-trip shipping fees* and any customs duties related to the automatic return of the parcel will be charged to the customer. These amounts will be deducted from the refund due.
*Round-trip shipping fees correspond to the full cost we are charged by the carrier. These are always higher than the shipping costs charged to the customer.
